Payment Policies: A deposit of $200.00 is required to book and hold the condo. The remaining balance is due at check in. NO Credit Cards or personal checks accepted at check-in. We do accept Cash, money order, cashiers check, travelers checks or debit cards when used with your pin #

Cancellations: Any reservation cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit half of thier $200.00 deposit. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full deposit amount.

Arrival/Departure: Check in begins at 3:00pm Check out is by 10:00am
