The bedding is as follows: King-size-master bedroom, Queen-size-2nd bedroom, two fulls/doubles-3rd bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom.

The over-sized balcony covers the master bedromm and the livingroom. Enjoy the beautiful evening sunsets from this large private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and it's beautiful white sandy beach. Seagate has a very large pool(Heated) which is directly on the beach, built in barbecue, and tiki huts for everyone's enjoyment.

Either taking a long walk on the beach, basking in the sun, or just plain relaxation, please enjoy your vacation in this lovely condo!!!!

Deposits: Visa or Mastercard $200.00

Payment Policies: Deposit required to book reservation. Remaining balance due upon arrival.

Cancellations: Cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive 50% deposit refund. Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival will receive no refund.

Arrival/Departure: Saturday to Saturday Reservations only. Check in is at 3:00PM, Check-Out is at 10:00AM

Tax: All prices are plus $85.00 Cleaning Fee & 12% tax

The Sea Gate also offers its own on-site heated swimming pool and assigned parking spaces. This is a Five story Forty unit complex, each unit having a total square footage of 1451 Square Feet with all units facing the beach.

Entertainment: great resturants, bars and lounges, Johns pass village just a short ride down the beach....Disney attractions 1.5 hours, Sea World, Busch gardens just 45 minutes away

Other Comments: This three bedroom units sleeps eight to ten people, enjoy the heated pool and the white sandy beach
