Each of our condos are individually owned and decorated to enhance your stay.

A:

Reservations require down payment by a major US credit card. Once your  reservation is processed, we will send a written confirmation (PDF) via email. Remaining balances are due on or before check-in and must be paid via  Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash, certified check, or  traveler’s checks. No personal checks please. All rents are due in advance.  There are no refunds for early departures.

Guests are able make reservations on our website, by calling our office or  by email.

A:

100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date Any reservations booked directly with our office will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

A:

Check in begins at 4:00pm on your arrival date, as units become available.  We make our best effort to ensure that your unit is ready by 4:00pm.  However, there are some situations where additional cleaning or  maintenance may be required, and units may not be ready until after 4:00pm.  When necessary, we reserve the right to extend check-ins to allow extra time  for cleaning or maintenance.

A:

Check out is 10:00am on departure date. When checking out please do not  strip any of the bed linens. Place all used towels into the tubs or shower.  Start the dishwasher if needed, remove any trash from the unit, lock the door  and return keys to the office. 

A:

There is a departure fee per reservation for the use of linens and to clean  after your departure. Linens included: beach/pool towels, bath towels, hand  towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels, and bed linens. These items are  inventoried after each stay and missing items will result in a replacement  charge.

Pets are not allowed in our vacation rentals. Bona fide service animals are  accepted.  

A:

Our family-oriented vacation resorts have a minimum age of at least 25 years  old to rent our vacation rentals.

All of our properties have wireless internet included free of charge. 

A:

We offer 1, 2 & 3-bedroom vacation rental units. Bedding variations and  occupancy limits apply.

Most of our vacation rental units have telephone service included with free  local, Canadian, and domestic long distance included.  

A:

Our vacation rental properties allow smoking only on your balcony.  Pool & public areas are smoke free.

There is one parking spot assigned for each unit. All vehicle parked on  property are required to display a valid parking permit on their dash. The  permit must be clearly visible with the unit and expiration date displayed.  Failure to obtain a valid parking permit or parking in an unauthorized space  may result in your vehicle being towed at the vehicle owners’ expense.

Trash chutes are available on every floor and located near the elevators in  most vacation rental buildings.  

A:

None of our units offer washers and dryer in them. However, each property  has coin operated washers and dryers on-site.

A:

We understand that even the best equipment, appliances, air conditioners,  televisions, etc. occasionally malfunction. We cannot guarantee them to  perform 100% of the time. We do guarantee to correct the problem as soon  as possible. We have licensed contractors and maintenance personnel  available to assist with any emergency repairs during your stay.
