Furnishing?

Each of our condos are individually owned and decorated to enhance your stay.

Payment?

Reservations require a deposit by major US credit card. We send a written confirmation via email of the reservation. The balance in full is due on check in and must be paid via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash, bank check, or traveler's checks. No personal checks please.

Reservations?

Call our phone number or email us anytime to make reservations.

Cancellations?

If you need to cancel a reservation, notify us promptly to save you money. 60 days or more notice and you receive 50% of your deposit refunded. More than 14 days notice is loss of entire deposit. 14 days or less requires full payment if we can not re-rent the unit.

Check In/Out?

Standard check in time is 3:00 pm. Arrangements for after office hours check in must be made in advance if needed. Check out is 10:00 am.

Rental Period?

Our rentals are from Saturday to Saturday with a 7 night minimum.

Linen and Cleaning Fee?

There is a $125 fee per unit for the use of linens and to clean up after your departure. Linens include bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and bed linens. These items are inventoried after each stay and missing items will result in a replacement charge.

Pet Policy?

The resort does not allow pets of any type. Kennels are available locally.

Age Requirements?

Our family oriented vacation resort has a minimum age of at least 25 years old to rent our condos. The Homeowners Association does not allow spring breakers.

Internet Access?

Every condo has high speed internet access.

Condo Sizes?

We offer 2 bedroom, 2 Bath units. The state of Florida limits occupancy to 6 – 8 people per unit. Please remember this limit. The bed sizes in each unit varies.

Telephone Service?

Free unlimited local calls are included. Long Distance calls must be made on a phone credit card or collect.

Smoking Policy?

Smoking is not allowed in any condo, but is permitted on the balcony.

Parking?

There is one parking spot assigned to each unit. Additional parking may be available upon inquiry. Boat, jet ski, and RV parking is available. There is a nominal fee for use of the boat dock.

Trash Removal?

Please remove trash from the unit daily. There is a trash chute next to the elevator for this.

Winter Rentals?

From October through February, you can rent our condos for a fraction of what it would cost to rent an apartment. Linen and departure cleaning fees still apply. Email us for additional info.

Laundry?

Coin operated washers and dryers are available on every floor of the building.

Maintenance During Your Stay?

There is an on site maintenance staff to take care of any emergency repairs during your stay.
